Pricing is believed to be up 14 percent on single-family homes, thanks to the job market and high-demand properties. Condo prices have increased nearly 18 percent compared to the previous year. When it comes to single-family homes, approximately 2,000 were sold in January. This in an increase of just over four percent compared to this time the previous year. It is believed that the number of available houses on the market has decreased to a 4.5 month supply.
