Stephen D. Korshak
Stephen D. Korshak received his B.A. from the University of Chicago in 1974 and is a 1980 graduate of John Marshall Law School. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1985 and the Illinois State Bar since 1981. Mr. Korshak is also licensed to practice in federal court. Mr. Korshak was a real estate instructor for the City Colleges of Chicago, Wright Campus, teaching real estate salesman and broker courses for the years 1984-1988. He is a former member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and a current member of the Florida and Orange County Bar Associations.
Lee Karina Dani
![]() Lee Karina Dani received her B.A. in Psychology from Florida State University in 2000 and is 2003 graduate of the University of Florida College of Law. Ms. Dani was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2004 and has been an associate with Korshak & Associates, P.A. since her admittance. Since joining the firm, Ms. Dani has handled hundreds of cases including civil litigation, probate, divorces, child support, child custody, landlord/tenant, disputes with homeowner’s associations, personal injury, commercial and residential closings. Ms. Dani has recently expanded her practice to include various forms of guardianships and adoptions. Ms. Dani is the managing attorney for the litigation, probate, family law, and guardianship sections of the firm. In addition to her practice, Ms. Dani has taught several seminars on the topics of probate, landlord/tenant, and real estate purchase contracts. Ms. Dani is also a member of the Florida Bar Speakers Bureau providing legal seminars to the community. Ms. Dani is also very active in the Hispanic community and has been instrumental in assisting numerous Spanish-speaking clients with various legal matters.
Bradford Petrino
Bradford Petrino attended the University of Florida where he received both his B.A. in 2002 and his J.D. in 2005. Prior to being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2007, he had worked as a law clerk handling all aspects of civil and criminal legal research and drafting, including preparing several appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Since joining Korshak & Associates, P.A. in December 2007, he has handled a wide variety of cases, including complex contract litigation, real property transactions and title disputes, personal injury cases, and landlord/tenant actions. In addition to being licensed in Florida, he is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
